Build Your Ritual

The ritual is the point.
Here's how to build yours.

Ky Tea isn't about replacing anything. It's about being intentional with what you smoke, when you smoke it, and why. This page will help you figure out your ritual, and actually stick to it.

What do you need right now?

Pick your intention and we'll tell you exactly what to reach for and how to smoke it.

Your ritual

How to smoke it

    Every ritual has a moment.

    Start the day with intention.

A morning smoke doesn't have to mean lazy. The Reset was built for this, functional calm that doesn't slow you down. Holy basil and lemon balm regulate your cortisol and clear mental fog so you can actually think. Smoke it with your coffee. Let the ritual signal that today is intentional.

Recommended blend The Reset, Level 2 The Ritual, Level 3
"The ritual signals that today is intentional."

    End the day properly.

The Wind Down and The Drift exist for this moment, when the day is done but your brain hasn't gotten the memo. Smoke 30–60 minutes before bed. Put your phone down. Let lavender and blue lotus start doing their thing before you even try to sleep. This is what a bedtime ritual should feel like.

Recommended blend The Wind Down, Level 1 The Drift, Level 4
"Let the blend do its work before you try to sleep."

    Upgrade what you already smoke.

The easiest entry point. Take your flower and mix in mullein to smooth it out. Add blue lotus for euphoria. Damiana for warmth. Wild dagga to amplify the lift. Start with a 70/30 ratio, 70% flower, 30% herb, and adjust from there. You'll immediately feel the difference in how it smokes.

Recommended additives Mullein, smooth base Blue Lotus, euphoria Damiana, warmth
"70% flower, 30% herb. Start there."

    Solo smoke. Full ritual.

THC-free doesn't mean mild. The Ascent is proof of that. For a solo smoke session, treat it like you would your best flower, pack it properly, smoke it slow, and give it time to work. Blue lotus and wild dagga need about 15 minutes to settle in. Don't rush it. That's kind of the point.

Recommended blend The Ritual, Level 3 The Ascent, Level 5
"Give it 15 minutes. Don't rush it. That's the point."

Building your ritual, step by step.

    01
    Know your intention
Before you reach for a blend, know why you're reaching for it. Wind down? Reset? Daily ritual? Elevate? The intention shapes the experience. If you're not sure, start with The Reset, it's the most functional blend we make and works any time of day.
    02
    Pick your blend
Use the ritual builder above or go by the spectrum. Level 1–2 for calm and rest. Level 3 for your daily smoke. Level 4 for deeper relaxation. Level 5 for the full euphoric experience. Not sure? Take the quiz and we'll match you.
    03
    Prepare intentionally
Roll it, pack it, or use a pipe, whatever you prefer. The ritual starts before you light up. Put your phone down. Create the environment. These herbs work better when you're not distracted. That's not woo-woo, it's just how the nervous system works.
    04
    Smoke slow
These aren't tobacco. You don't need to chain-smoke them. Take a hit, put it down, wait. Blue lotus and wild dagga take 10–15 minutes to fully settle in. Let them work before you decide you need more. You almost never need more.
    05
    Customize as you go
Once you know your base blend, start adding. A little more mullein to smooth it. Blue lotus if you want more lift. Damiana if you want more warmth. Rose if you want it softer. This is your ritual. The herb additives exist so you can make it yours.
    06
    Make it daily
The ritual compounds. The more consistently you use it, the more your body associates the smoke with the state you're going for. That's not dependency, that's conditioning. Use The Reset every morning and your body will start to exhale before you even light it.
