If something isn't right we'll work with you to make it right.
Unopened products We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging. Contact us at hello@kytea.shop to initiate a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Opened products Due to the nature of smokable herbal products we cannot accept returns on opened items. If you're unhappy with your blend reach out — we'll do our best to find a solution.
Damaged or incorrect orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kytea.shop with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refund timeline Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Bundles All bundle purchases are final sale unless the order arrives damaged or incorrect.
