1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from kytea.shop (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Ky Tea is a Dallas, Texas-based brand selling handcrafted herbal smoking and tea blends. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Our products are intended for adults only. By using this Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. We may verify your age at checkout or upon delivery, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we have reason to believe this requirement hasn't been met.

3. Product Information

  • Ky Tea blends are 100% nicotine-free and tobacco-free, made entirely from herbs.
  • Every blend is intended to be smoked as a natural, nicotine-free herbal alternative. Our products are not intended for ingestion or brewing.
  • These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Ky Tea products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • We do not make cessation claims (e.g., that our products help you quit smoking or nicotine). Any language suggesting otherwise on this Site should be understood as describing a smoking-adjacent habit substitute, not a medical treatment.
  • Combustion of any plant material, herbal or otherwise, produces smoke, and inhaling smoke carries some respiratory risk. Product pages and our FAQ contain more detail — please review before purchasing if you have respiratory concerns.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or failure to meet the age requirement above.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Any price change will not apply to orders already placed.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines, rates, and coverage are detailed in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms as well.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
