Every order is hand-packed in Dallas, Texas. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed Friday after 12pm CT through the weekend begin processing the following Monday.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but it never reached you, email us at hello@kytea.shop within 7 days and we'll make it right.
